Sizing: The label inside this garment refers to height in cm which applies to the measurement from the top of the head to the heel. These Maxomorra organic onesies are available in the following sizes: 98-104 cm (fits an average 3-5 year old), 110-116 cm (fits an average 5-6 year old). I have found that this onesie style comes up on the larger side, so plenty of growing room in the sizing.
