95% organic cotton 5% elastane (for a little bit of stretch).
Sizing: The label inside this garment is for Small (roughly equivalent to Ladies Medium), Medium (roughly equivalent to Ladies large). These are made in MENS sizes, though why stars are limited to the world of men is beyond me. See the Maxomorra sizing chart for more details on size.
