Merino virgin wool/silk blends are kind to the skin as they have the ability to regulate warmth and humidity. The Engel organic wool / silk base layer underwear collection is comprised a of 70 % organic merino virgin wool and 30 % silk mix. This proportion brings out the best characteristics of both the natural virgin wool and silk and to give a comfortable and long-lasting wear experience. All dyes used in their clothes are free from heavy metal and from AZO dyes and all metallic ingredients are free of nickel. No chemicals are used to finish the products, and all agents used are bio-degradable and non-polluting to air, soil and water.

The Engel sizing labels on these cotton vests are 92cm (fits an average 18-24 months old) 104 cm (fits an average 3-4 year old) / 116 cm (fits an average 5-6 year old) / 128 cm (fits an average 7-8 year old) 134 cm (fits an average 9-10 year old 152cm (fits an average 11-12 year old)
Engel sizing follows the European method, which refers to the height rather than age. The label inside this garment refers to height in cm which applies to the measurement from the top of the head to the heel.
Care: Wool is naturally antibacterial and so requires less washing. Clothes made from wool and wool/silk are to be washed by hand with detergent for wool. Do not rub. Rinse with plenty of water. It is important, that the rinsing and washing water have the same temperature. After rinsing wrap up the laundry in a towel, squeeze it and stretch it into shape. If possible dry flat.
