95% organic cotton 5% elastane (for a little bit of stretch). DUNS Sweden also have zipped onesies in larger sizes and we stock them up to age 7 here at Uni and Jack.
Sizing: The label inside this garment refers to height in cm which applies to the measurement from the top of the head to the heel.
