Rainbow print organic cotton playsuit from Maxomorra
Organic cotton long sleeve sleep suit with diagonal zip from the 2021 range. The sleepsuits are designed with comfort in mind and suitable for sensitive skin and eczema sufferers because there are no chemical nasties. Bright and colourful Scandinavian children’s design by Maxomorra, a GOTS organic certified Swedish clothes manufacturer. 95% organic cotton 5% elastane (for a little bit of stretch). DUNS Sweden also have zipped onesies in larger sizes and we stock them up to age 14 here at Uni and Jack. Wash care:
All Maxomorra should be pre-washed at 40 degrees before the first wear (cooler eco washes do not set the dye in the same way). This is especially important on brighter prints, such as Tomato and Rainbow in the Spring 2021 collection. There is the possibility that these very bright prints can have excess dye from the printing process that needs a first “set” to ensure there is no bleed from moisture – puddle splashing, drink spillage, any other child related wetness you can imagine! There is no need to worry as all dyes fully GOTS approved, so there is not a single trace of nasties or harsh chemicals to be found.
“To prevent any bleeding from happening and in order to keep all of our prints and colours bright and happy, simply pop your garment in your washing machine at 40°C and wash with similar colours. After that, your Maxomorra item should be fully bleed-proof and ready to be enjoyed for a long time to come!”
