Placing an order:

We hope you will find it easy to place your organic clothes & ethical gifts order on our secure website here at Uni and Jack, but if you have any problems or questions at all, please get in touch either with using our contact form or via our Facebook page. We aim to respond within 2 hours between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (UK time!) and sometimes outside office hours too if you are lucky – if you would prefer to speak to a human being please email your phone number and we will call you back.

Discount codes:

From time to time we offer discount codes to our customers. To keep up to date with offers, sign up to our newsletter or Like Us on Facebook.

Ireland, Europe and International:

Shipping costs are provided in the basket page, so you don’t need to check out before you assess the costs …. simply select “calculate shipping” and enter your country, and update totals for rates

Posting options to the Republic of Ireland start at £2.95 via Royal Mail International Standard untracked service. DHL tracked and express upgrades are also available. FREE shipping is available on orders over £60

Posting options to Europe & Channel Islands start at £6.95 (Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Netherlands)/£8.50 (Other European countries)  via DHL fast tracked services.  Express upgrades are also available. FREE shipping is available on orders over £70 or £80.

Posting to the United States starts at £6.95 via Royal Mail International Standard untracked service. DHL tracked and 2-3 day express upgrades are also available. FREE shipping is available on orders over £100.

Other International orders start at £9.95 with tracked and express upgrades also available.


International returns

Uni & Jack accept no fault returns from International customers at the customer’s cost. We are happy to help with pre-order sizing questions etc.

Please post returns to Uni & Jack, The Granary, Ty’n Y Llidiart, Llandegla, Wrexham, Denbighshire, LL11 3AF and clearly mark your return parcels ‘British Return Goods’ with a domestic sale value of £1.00, as your returned items are not applicable for duty once they reach the UK – this will prevent them being held up at customs.

We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.




Speedy Service:

If you live in the UK our aim is to deliver your goods to your door within 7 days or sooner of receiving your order. Please note our normal despatch days are Monday – Friday. Orders received on Friday afternoon UK-time will usually be posted on Monday morning.

If all your items are in stock, we should be able to do this … sometimes there are unavoidable delays (like the postman having a bad day, we’re rushed off our feet because it is the sale season or new collection launch, etc) so please allow for 10 days. We promise to keep in touch if there are any problems that we know about.

If you need your clothes in a hurry we have express next day shipping on orders made before noon Monday-Thursday or get in touch and we will help if we can!


Refunds and returns:

We aim to send you a perfect Uni and Jack order, but just in case you want to return something, here’s what to do:

Please keep the labels on when trying things out for size. For hygiene reasons please try things on over existing pants – nobody wants to receive any underwear that has been in touch with another behind – yuck!

Get in touch with us and see if there is anything we can do to help. You can get in touch either with using our contact form or via the “speak to me” tab to the right of the screen.

We will offer you a full refund or free exchange, sent free of charge, if you are not happy with any item … you choose! Please return any unwanted item within 21 days, with all labels attached and in the same un-used condition as received by you. We will be unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items not in this condition. If you think we can help with an issue, or to reserve an item to swap, do feel free to contact us to let us know your items is on its way, otherwise simply package your parcel and pay the postage, pop it into the post and we’ll be in touch on receipt.

We recommend that you get a free certificate of posting at your post office when you send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. We are not able to pay for your return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong items to you. If either of these things have happened get in touch with us through our contact page or call or text 07908483990 and we’ll be happy to help.

If exchanging for a different item at a higher cost, get in touch to arrange payment of the difference.

Please note that our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days after the date the item is delivered.
